PORTRAITS

 

In this portrait series a pulse of light is moving across a subject. A time axis is introduced and the subject lights up briefly. Before and after, there’s darkness, no light is scattered into the camera. A shadow appears later. Its shape depends on the subject, the curtain it is projected on, and, again, on time.
